Zelmit was the squinty-eyed Nadrak factor for Silk and Yarblek in Yar Nadrak. He ran an office in a loft over a cavernous warehouse, filled with bales of furs and deep-piled Mallorean carpets. He is described as probably almost as untrustworthy as he looked and having a reputation for making rather free with things which belonged to his employer. He has an achy cut on his shoulder from a wound inflicted by Vella after he put his hands on her.
