Lady Tamazin was the wife of Taur Urgas and mother of Urgit. She was a kindly, silver haired woman, soft spoken and thoughtful, who limped as the result of a broken hip when Taur Urgas knocked her down a flight of stairs (among other injuries from years of abuse at the hands of the mad Taur Urgas).
It was revealed that Urgit's father was not in fact the lunatic king Taur Urgas, but a Drasnian merchant, also the father of Prince Kheldar.
"I don't need as much sleep as I did when I was younger, Urgit." She set her sewing aside. "Besides," she added, "we usually talk over the day's events before you retire for the night." -King of the Murgos
