Kasvor is a baggy-eyed Melcene who is the factor for Silk in Jarot, Celanta. He walked as if he had the weight of the world on his shoulders and sighed very often. He did oversee Prince Kheldar's opulent and ostentatious offices, which had thick Mallorean carpets on the floor, and the walls were paneled in rare, polished woods, and officials dressed in costly livery.
He gave Kheldar and the party of light some very needed information, especially about Naradas hiring a ship for Melcena. (Such that Beldin thought Belgarath was lucky and Durnik speculated that the Prophecy of Light probably nudged Kasvor.)
