Dolmar was the factor for Silk and Yarblek in Mal Zeth. He was a thin Melcene with crafty, close-set eyes, thin lips, and scraggly, mud-brown hair. Dolmar had the kind of face that one instantly distrusts. He also tugged his nose in a curious imitation of Silk's habitual gesture. He was very efficient, didn't steal very much, and was a little dishonest, but was a good man. Dolmar was on top of news in the area. Dolmar committed all reports to memory and burned the parchment, as it was standard practice for Silk and Yarblek.
Dolmar eventually contracted the plague that was infecting a good chunk of Mal Zeth, and got out an old sword and fell on it.
