Count Dravor is a minor northern Tolnedran nobleman whose steward is Y'diss. Y'diss has unduly influenced Count Dravor through use of various narcotic liquids, some of which taste nice (or not), and some give nice dreams (or not). He has a castle, replete with a dungeon and rusty locks and instruments of torture.
